The Lilian & Meyer Nigri School for Boys and the Shluchim Online School for Girls currently serves children ages 4 through 13, from Gan through 8th Grade.
The Shluchim Online School follows the typical daily schedule for a Jewish school. The day begins with morning prayers. Class time is broken up by several recesses and a lunch break.
Nutritious snacks and lunch as well as physical activity are important for students’ wellbeing as well as satisfactory performance in the classroom. In the Online School, parent/school cooperation is necessary in order to ensure that recess and lunch breaks provide these needs.
The Shluchim Online School encourages that students spend recess/lunch outdoors or in the largest indoor space available, running, playing etc. We strongly discourage students spending their break time playing board games, retreating to their bedrooms or otherwise engaging in little physical activity.
